Information you provide

When you book, Tamway collects the name, email address, phone number, job address, appointment details and notes you provide so the service can be scheduled and delivered.

Payments and email

Online payment is completed on Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Tamway does not receive or store your full card details. Stripe processes online payments, invoices and in-person Tap to Pay transactions and sends billing emails and receipts. Resend processes the email address and private GPS-link content needed for the relevant job.

Private live tracking

After payment, Tamway sends a unique private link. Opening it stores a secure device cookie so that device can view Tamway's current location, the job destination and a Google Maps arrival estimate while Tamway is travelling to the job.

Live tracking automatically ends when Tamway comes within 50 metres of the job address or the job is marked complete, whichever occurs first. The private access token and displayed live location are then removed from the active tracking view.

Infrastructure and maps

Firebase hosts the service and stores booking and job records. Google Maps displays the map and calculates routes and arrival estimates. The hosting infrastructure may also process IP address, browser details and request timing for delivery, security and fault diagnosis.

Cookies and retention

Tamway does not use the booking or tracking pages for advertising tracking. Security cookies are used for the private booking confirmation, operations access and the customer tracking link. Booking records are retained as reasonably required for service, payment, accounting, dispute and legal obligations.

Your choices
