Booking and payment

The selected service, price, duration and appointment details are shown before you continue to Stripe's secure hosted checkout. A booking is confirmed only after Stripe reports the payment as completed.

Stripe processes online, invoice and in-person payments and provides its own billing emails and receipts. Tamway separately sends eligible customers a private GPS tracking link 15 minutes before the recorded job start.

Private tracking

The tracking URL is issued for the relevant customer and job. You must keep it private and must not publish, forward or misuse it.

Location and arrival times are estimates. GPS accuracy, traffic, connectivity and device conditions can affect what is shown. Tracking ends when Tamway is within 50 metres of the job address or marks the job complete.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content unlawfully.

Content and availability

Tamway may update, suspend or withdraw website content. While reasonable care is taken, launch information can change before services become available.

Intellectual property

The Tamway name, logo, design and original website content must not be copied or reused without permission, except where Australian law allows.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia.
